Carlito Soriaga
License CPA for over 50 years.
Carlito began his accounting journey in the Philippines, where he audited major manufacturing companies and developed a strong foundation in financial reporting and compliance.
After moving to the U.S. in the 1980s, he shifted his focus to nonprofit accounting and spent several years as a controller for a well-known secondhand retail organization.
In the early 2000s, Carlito followed his entrepreneurial spirit and opened his own accounting practice. Since then, he and his team have been proudly serving home health, hospice, and home care agencies—building long-term relationships and helping clients thrive in a complex regulatory environment.
When he's not working, you can find Carlito on the golf course enjoying a round with his friends from the PLFI group. He believes in working hard, playing hard, and always staying connected to his roots.
Roberto Soriaga
Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering and Masters in Accounting, Licensed Insurance Producer
Roberto began his career in the manufacturing industry, where he quickly rose from supervisor to manager. Over the years, he led teams of more than 100 employees, gaining valuable experience in operations, leadership, and process efficiency.
After two decades in manufacturing, Roberto made the decision to join his father, Carlito, as the accounting practice continued to grow and needed dedicated support to keep up with increasing demand. Since then, he has played a key role in helping the firm expand while maintaining its client-focused approach.
Outside of work, Roberto is a passionate movie enthusiast and enjoys exploring new restaurants whenever he gets the chance. He brings that same curiosity and energy to everything he does—both in and out of the office.
Christian Soriaga
Licensed CPA
Christian has been immersed in the accounting world since the age of 15, getting an early start by handling bookkeeping and payroll for clients while still in high school. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago, laying a strong academic foundation for his career.
Soon after graduating, Christian passed all four sections of the CPA exam within a year—demonstrating his commitment and drive.
Today, he leads the Tax and Cost Reporting division of the practice, where he focuses on helping clients navigate complex regulations and maximize financial efficiency.
Outside the office, Christian is passionate about fitness and competes in bodybuilding shows. He also enjoys cooking and grilling on the weekends, especially for family and friends.
Edna Soriaga
Licensed CPA
Edna has been a dedicated professional in the accounting industry since the 1980s. With decades of experience in both auditing and tax, she brings a deep well of knowledge and precision to every client engagement she supports. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her a trusted resource for the team and clients alike.
Outside of work, Edna is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new countries and immersing herself in different cultures. Her adventurous spirit and global perspective bring a unique energy to the office.
